You are looking at a 1980 Catalina 25, white hull with the name Peace & Plenty on the stern sides. It is sitting on a black steel, double axle roller trailer, with surge brakes. It has 15 tires, in good shape and 2 5/16 ball. (Lights may not work).

All teak trim wood has been Cetoled. The standing rigging is in good condition. A new mast was installed approx. 10 years ago. There is a Windex 15 on top of the mast. There is a Harken roller-furler with a Genoa 150, in good shape. It has a blue sun cover. The full batten main sail is in good shape. It has lazy jacks and a blue main sail cover. All running rigging is in useable condition. It is equipped with standard Catalina jib sheet winches. A bimini is included with the boat.
Kick up rudder with wooden tiller handle. A mid-90s 9.9 hp Evinrude electric start outboard will charge the boats batteries.
Looking forward, across the white deck, is a light blue sun cover that extends from the mast to the companionway. An anchor locker, complete with anchor and rode, is located between the bow pulpit.
Stepping down the 3 steps into the cabin, raise the pop-top, with enclosure, if you like, for 6 ft. plus headroom. Once in the main salon, you will see a starboard aft berth that is very comfortable. There is storage under the cockpit. To the port side is the boats galley, with a 2-burner alcohol stove, a sink with a water pump, a built in ice box and 3 drawers under the sink and storage under the stove area.
With the table up, there are seats for 4. When the table is lowered, and an extra board and cushion in place, the area converts to a full sized bed. There is a bench seat on the starboard side. All cushioned were re-covered 12 years ago with a light blue, pink and white fabric. (See picture).
The head area has a porta-pottie, convenient to empty. Has a vanity with a sink and water pump. There is more storage under the vanity. There is an accordion-type sliding door between the main salon and the head.
The spacious v-berth has additional storage beneath the berth and there is a forward hatch above, for good ventilation.
